Initial Natural Wellness Consultation
If you are scheduling an Initial Natural Wellness Consultation, we will send you our client intake form. We need to receive this completed form back no later then three days before your scheduled appointment. Dr. Karen will review your information prior to meeting with you, to come up with a preliminary plan, to not take time away from your consultation.

Cash or credit cards are accepted, no personal checks.

Late Arrival
We are committed to being on time for our clients, your time is valuable, so is ours. If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the originally scheduled length of the appointment. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.

Should you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment, 24 hours notice is required. If you cancel without the proper notice, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for half of your scheduled appointment fee. If you fail to give notice at all and do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will then be charged for the full appointment fee.  We understand that emergencies do happen. If this should be the case, please contact us immediately. We value your time, please value ours.

Medical insurance is not accepted nor will we be able to assist you with any insurance questions or claim resolution. Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Health Spending Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) do reimburse for some Natural Health Care. It is your responsibility to submit claims yourself through your HRA, HSA, FSA or if your insurance company does accept out of network services.

Quick Phone Check-ins
If the need should arise, after your consultation for a quick phone check-in, the first 10 minutes are not charged. All calls beyond the initial 10 minutes will be charged a fee of $20 for up to the first 15 minutes. If the call should run longer, it will be bill at $20 up to each additional 15 minutes of time. If there are multiple questions, we prefer that clients keep track of them and schedule an actual follow-up appointment. A credit card payment will be made at the end of the call.

We do not use email for client’s health questions. Emails are reserved for checking our availability, scheduling appointments and client’s request to order / pick-up additional product.

Product Support
We do not answer questions or provide support for products purchased elsewhere. As we only carry exceptional supplement / herbal brands that actual work, with superior quality standards. Please ask your questions where you take your business. All clients who have had a consultation in the last six months will receive a 10% discount on all of our in-stock supplements / herbals purchased.
