Cash or credit cards are accepted, no personal checks. You will be charged a non-refundable retainer fee, equal to half of your consultation fee, at the time of booking. This is considered a date reservation fee to hold the date and time of your consultation exclusively for you. The remaining balance is then due at the time of your scheduled appointment, unless you would like to pay in-full at the time of booking your appointment.
We are committed to being on time for our clients, your time is valuable, so is ours. If you happen to arrive late for your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the originally scheduled length of the appointment. Please try to arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment.
Should you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled appointment, 24 hours notice is required and you may reschedule within 2 weeks using your original retainer fee. If you cancel without the proper notice, within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for half of your scheduled appointment fee and your original retainer fee will not be able to be used on your next appointment. If you fail to give notice at all and do not show for your scheduled appointment, you will then be charged for the full appointment fee. We understand that emergencies do happen. If this should be the case, please contact us immediately. We value your time, please value ours.
Medical insurance is not accepted nor will we be able to assist you with any insurance questions or claim resolution. Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), Health Spending Accounts (HSA) or Flexible Savings Accounts (FSA) do reimburse for some Natural Health Care. It is your responsibility to submit claims yourself through your HRA, HSA, FSA or if your insurance company does accept out of network services.
Quick Phone Check-ins
If the need should arise, after your consultation, for a quick phone check-in, the fee is $25 for up to 15 minutes. If the call should run longer then the initial 15 minutes, it will be bill at $25 up to each additional 15 minutes of time. If there are multiple questions, we prefer that clients keep track of them and schedule an actual follow-up appointment. A credit card payment will be made at the end of the call.
We do not use email for client’s health questions. Emails are reserved for checking our availability, scheduling appointments and client’s request to order / pick-up additional product.
We do not answer questions or provide support for products purchased elsewhere. As we only carry exceptional supplement / herbal brands that actual work, with superior quality standards. Please ask your questions where you take your business.
