Gently restore the balance between mind and body by casting out negative emotions such as fear, worry, overwhelm, anxiety, discouragement, hatred and indecision.
Even physical imbalances have an emotional component to them. It doesn’t matter if the physical imbalance has brought on the emotional, or if an emotional imbalance has brought on the physical, it’s all the same. Dr. Karen is looking to help bring balance back to the body as a whole and we cannot separate one from the other.
Created in the 1930’s by Dr. Edward Bach, a medical doctor and bacteriologist, the Bach Flower Essences are 38 plant and flower based formulas that can help us manage the emotional demands of everyday life. Dr. Bach believed that the attitude of the mind plays a very important roll in maintaining health and recovering from illness. Bach Flower Essences work by treating the individual, with a custom remedy based on their personal emotional needs, rather then the disease or symptoms. By helping to restore and maintain emotional balance, they free the body’s own natural healing functions and help to promote overall wellness.
The essences can be taken on their own or along with medical or other treatments, as they will not conflict with any medications, supplements or herbals. The essences are completely safe, have no unwanted side effects and are non-addictive. They are gentle in action and can safely be taken by people of all ages, newborn to elderly. They are also beneficial to animals and plants as well.
At your Bach Flower Session you will receive a custom Bach Flower Remedy, as a gift from Dr. Karen.
The frequency of a follow-up Bach Flower Session will be based on your own personal need.
Additional Session Time
If the need should arise for extended time at your session, it will be billed at $25 up to each additional 15 minutes of time, subject to available scheduling. A follow-up appointment may need to be scheduled instead, if additional time is not available the day of your current session.
