Scheduling Appointments*
To begin the booking process, please go directly to our Book Appointment page. If this is your Initial Natural Wellness Consultation, due to the extensive preparation put into each client’s case prior to your initial consultation, payment is required upfront. Once payment has been received, we will then email you two links to fill out our Client Information Forms. Once we receive your completed forms, we will then contact you to schedule a time for your consultation.

Payments*
We accept cash, check, credit or debit cards. You may also use our Book Appointment page, once payment has been received, we will contact you to schedule your appointment.

Additional Time*
If the need should arise for extended time at your appointment, it will be billed at $55 up to each additional 15 minutes of time, subject to available scheduling. A follow-up appointment may need to be scheduled instead, if additional time is not available the day of your current consultation.

Late Arrival*
We are committed to being on time for our clients, your time is valuable, so is ours. If you happen to arrive within 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will still end at the scheduled time and you will be charged for the originally scheduled length of the appointment. If you should arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, being that there will not be enough time to properly complete your session, it will be considered that you failed to give notice and did not show for your scheduled appointment and you will then be charged for the full appointment fee. 

Cancellations*
Should you find it necessary to cancel an Initial Natural Wellness Consultation at any time after payment has been received, you will be responsible for the full appointment fee. Should you find it necessary to cancel a scheduled follow-up consultation or any session, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required. If you cancel without the proper notice, within 24 hours of your scheduled follow-up consultation or any session, you will be responsible for half of your scheduled appointment fee. If this appointment was part of a purchased package, you will forfeit half of your scheduled appointment time. If you fail to give notice at all and do not show for your scheduled Initial Natural Wellness Consultation, follow-up consultation or any session, you will then be charged for the full appointment fee. If this appointment was part of a purchased package, you will forfeit your entire scheduled appointment. We understand that emergencies do happen. If this should be the case, please contact us immediately. We value your time, please value ours.

Refunds*
Due to the need for clients to participate in their own natural health journey, we do not offer refunds on Initial Natural Wellness Consultations once payment has been received, or on any completed consultations or sessions. For this same reason, we also do not offer refunds on any uncompleted consultations or sessions that are part of a purchased package. Please see our cancellation policy, above, for current scheduled consultations or sessions.

You may return unopened products, in like-new condition, purchased from our office/boutique within 10 days of pick-up/delivery, when accompanied by your receipt. You will receive a refund in the original form of payment, once we have received the returned products. Return shipping is the client’s responsibility. Please contact our office for return instructions.

Products that are opened or damaged, or do not have a receipt, will be denied a refund. A product is not eligible for a refund if you decide that you no longer want a product that has been opened.

Insurance*
If you have a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or a Health Savings Account (HSA), you should be able to submit your receipts or use a debit card from these accounts, please check with your admin for details if you have one of these accounts. Medical insurance, including Medicare, does not cover natural health care services, but you could check with your admin for clarification.

We DO NOT offer Acute or Emergency Service. If you are in need of immediate attention go to an urgent care center or are experiencing a medical emergency dial 911 or go the emergency room.

Email*
We do not use email for inquiries about health questions. Please schedule an Initial Natural Wellness Consultation to establish a practitioner/client relationship or a Follow-up Natural Wellness Consultation so we can address your concerns properly.

Phone Calls*
We do not accept phone calls for inquiries about health questions. Please schedule an Initial Natural Wellness Consultation to establish a practitioner/client relationship or a Follow-up Natural Wellness Consultation so we can address your concerns properly.

Quick Phone Check-ins – Current Clients Only*
If the need should arise after your consultation, for a quick phone check-in to clarify something we discussed, the first 10 minutes are not charged. All calls beyond the initial 10 minutes, including subsequent calls, will be charged a fee of $45 for up to the first 15 minutes. If the call should run longer, it will be billed at $45 up to each additional 15 minutes of time. A credit card payment will be made at the end of the call.

If there are multiple questions, we prefer that clients keep track of them and schedule an actual follow-up appointment. Also new topics of imbalance, that were not discussed at your last consultation, will require that you book a Follow-up Natural Wellness Consultation.

Follow-up Consultations*
Consecutive monthly Follow-up Natural Wellness Consultations with a 6 to 12 month commitment are recommended, so we can have the time needed to work together to get to the root causes of your health issues. 

Recommended Products*
Supplements and/or herbals are not included in the price of your consultations or sessions. Naturopathy supports the body from the inside out, instead of just masking symptoms. Because of this, we only carry and recommend exceptional supplement/herbal brands with superior quality standards.

Product Support*
We do not answer questions or provide support for products purchased elsewhere, unless it was recommended by Dr. Karen. Please ask your questions where you take your business.

Needing Additional Products?*
If you are in need of additional supplements and/or herbals between your appointments, please use the following links to order online. In-office product pick-up is now by appointment only.
